Description of key information

Concentration with 0% mortality (LC0): > 0.81 µg/L (above the limit of water solubility).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The substance proved to be non-toxic to Zebra fish in a 96 h acute fish toxicity limit study resulted in a NOEC of > 0.81 µg/L (supersaturated test solution), which farly exceed the limit of water solubility. In addition, a 48 h acute fish toxicity test in Japanese Medaka showed a similar result with an EC50 of > 205 mg/L (solvent used).

Thus, no toxic effects on freshwater fish was observed up to the tested concentration at the water solubility limit of the test article.
