Any other information on results incl. tables
The substance could be ignited with a flame and after a distance of 90 mm in approx. 9 min. the flame went out.
Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Interpretation of results:
- non flammable
- Remarks:
- Migrated information
- Conclusions:
- The test substance is not a readily combustible solid in the sense of Guideline 92/69/EEC, test A. 10.
- Executive summary:
The purpose of the test was the determination of the flammability (solids) according to Guideline 92/69/EEC of 31 July 1992, Annex. Part A: Methods for the determination of physico-chemical properties. A. 10. Flammability (Solids). The study was conducted in compliance with the Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
Performance of the test
Preliminary test:
Ignite one end of the pile. When the pile has burned over a distance of 200 mm during 4 minutes, the main test has to be performed. If there was no ignition of the test substance or the pile has burned slower than 200 mm during 4 minutes, the main test is unnecessary.
Results
The substance could be ignited with a flame and after a distance of 90 mm in approx. 9 min. the flame went out.
The test substance is not a readily combustible solid in the sense of Guideline 92/69/EEC, test A. 10.
