Freshwater fish:

The LC50 value for Oncorhynchus mykiss was higher than 100 mg/L after 96h of exposure.

According to RECAH Annex IX, the chronic fish test according to the TG OECD 210 and GLP is proposed under a Testing Proposal.

Freshwater invertebrates:

The EC50 value for Daphnia magna was determined to be 94.9 mg/L after 48h of exposure.

No toxic effects on reproduction were observed in an OECD 211 test at the highest loading rate tested (NOELR > 1.6 mg/L).

Activated sludge:

No toxic effects on sludge respiration was observed in an OECD 209 test at the highest loading rate tested (1000 mg/L).

Freshwater algae:

The EC10 and EC50 values based on growth rate for Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata after 72h of exposure were determined to be 37.0 and 43.2 mg/L, respectively.

Sediment invertebrates:

No toxic effects on all the endpoints studied was observed in an OECD 225 test at the highest loading rate tested (1000 mg/kg dw).
