Test conditions
- Test temperature:
- 23.0 - 23.1 °C
- pH:
- pH 7.65 - 8.36 at test start
and pH 7.81 - 7.97 at test termination - Nominal and measured concentrations:
- Nominal concentration:
Control, Solvent control, 0.0094, 0.019, 0.038, 0.075, and 0.15 mg/L
Mean measured concentrations (Nominal concentrations 0.038, 0.075, and 0.15 mg/L were analysed):
test start: 90 %, 67.2 %, 45.5 %
test end: 96.8 %, 70.0 %, 41.6 %
The concentrations of test substance were analyzed in control, solvent control, 0.0094, 0.019, 0.038, 0.075, and 0.15 mg/L of test solutions at the beginning (0 hr) and at the end (72 hrs) of the test. The concentration of copper in the 0.0094 and 0.019 mg/L of test solution were not detected because the limit of detection (LOD) of this instrument (ICP-AES) is 0.01 mg/L. Nominal concentrations were 0.038, 0.075 and 0.15 mg/L and measured concentrations were 0.0368, 0.0525 and 0.0624 mg/L above the detection limit. The measured concentrations remained 41.6 - 91.8% of the nominal concentrations. - Details on test conditions:
- TEST SYSTEM
- Dill volume: 150 ml
- Initial cells density: 1 x 10E4 cells/mL
