Waiving of study:
The chemical structure of EP-2 indicates that there are no functional groups associated with pyrophoric properties or with flammability upon contact with water. Additionally, the flash point of EP-2 is > 60 °C and the substance hydrolyses upon contact with water, hence EP-2 is a non flammable substance.

Justification for classification or non-classification
Based on the flash point (> 60 °C) as well as the structure of the molecule and taking into account the provisions laid down in Council Directive 67/548/EEC and CLP (1272/2008/EC), EP-2 does not have to be classified with respect to flammability.
