Additional information

Based on the available data, bioaccumulation of Diisodecyl azelate is not expected to reach significant levels in biota. Furthermore, as this substance is not classified as toxic or harmful for human health, the substance is not considered to cause toxic effects in predators. The available acute and repeated dose tests did not exhibit toxic effects on mammals. Thus, due to animal welfare reasons, a toxicity test with birds is not considered necessary.
