The substance was found to be readily biodegradable without fulfilling the 10 day window criterion. In addition, a formulated product containing 44.7% of the registered substance was found to be inherently biodegradable in seawater. The Log Kow was found to be -0.43. The Log Kow of the formulated product containing the registered substance was found to be 0.12. In addition, the Log Kow of the triethanolamine component of the substance was found to be -1.75-1.32. The substance was not found to be toxic to marine or freshwater organisms; was not classified as carcinogenic (category 1A or 1B), germ cell mutagenic (category 1 or 1B), or toxic for reproduction (category 1A, 1B or 2), in accordance with EU CLP criteria; and there was no evidence of chronic toxicity or specific targte organ toxicity. The substance is therefore not classified as PBT or vPvB.
