Description of key information

A GLP study was performed to assess the acute toxicity of 2,2,6,6,-tetramethyl-4-oxopiperidinooxy to Daphnia Magna in accordance with OECD 202, the test was run for a period of 48 hours under static test conditions. The numbers of immobilised Daphnia were recorded after 24 and 48 hours.
From the study results the 48 hour EC50 for the test material was determined to be 74mg ai/L , based on nominal test concentrations. The No Observed Effect Concentration was 32 mg ai/L.
