By differential scanning calorimetry endotherm caused by melting at 172°C was observed.

Exotherm activity is seen after melting presumably caused by decomposition of material.

By further heating to 400°C no endotherm detected.

Conclusion EP1-Na decomposes above melting temperature at 172°C and has accordingly no boiling point.
