Description of key information

No experimental data is available for triammonium hydrogen ethylenediaminetetraacetate. Read across to editic acid was done instead.
The vapour pressure of edetic acid was detemined to be 2E-012 hPa at 25°C according to Riedel and Plank.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The vapour pressure determined for the acid form of EDTA represents also a worst case (highest) value for its ammonium salts as it is belived that only the free acid can evaporate. In conclusion the value extrapolated for the free acid will also be used for the exposure calculations of the ammonium salts in the chemical safety report, reflecting a worst case assumption.
