The results of three different test of mutagenicity document that the substance has no genotoxic effects.


Short description of key information:
Three various genotoxicity test were performed (2 in vitro tests + 1 in vivo test). The tests were performed according to the guidelines:
1/ EU method B.13/14 Mutagenicity – Reverse mutation test using bacteria (in vitro test)
2/ OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals No. 473, 1977 (in vitro test)
3/ EU Method B.12, Mutagenicity – In vivo Mammalian Erythrocyte Micronucleus Test

Endpoint Conclusion: No adverse effect observed (negative)

Justification for classification or non-classification

From the results of three methods follows that the substance is not classified as mutagenic.
