Additional information

The key study for this endpoint was a 48 hour static study using Daphnia magna and analytical verification of the exposure concentrations. In that study the EC50 was deterined to be > 110 mg/L based upon geometric mean measured concentrations. No immobility was observed in any of the exposure concentrations up to and including 110 mg/L (mean measured). These results are supported by a pre-GLP 48 hour study using nominal concentrations of 100 and 1000 mg/L of the test substance. The 48 hour EC50 from that study was > 1000 mg/L.
