Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Remarks:
based on assessment within EU RAR on DODMAC (2009)
Conclusions:
Windeatt has tested DHTDMAC (76.1% a.i.) in a 28d seedling emergence test with two plant species (Sorghum bicolor & Helianthus annuus). The NOEC 28d was 1000 mg/kg dw. for Sorghum bicolor as well as Helianthus annuus, the EC50 28d was 2530 mg/kg dw respectively 2930 mg/kg dw. This chronic plant test demonstrates the low plant toxicity of DHTDMAC.
