Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

No toxic effects have been observed in studies with soil living organisms. No effects at the highest test concentration.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The toxicity to soil macroorganisms has been investigated in a GLP-guideline study according to OECD 207 (BASF 2014). On day 7 and 14 the worms were removed carefully from their test vessels. During this process, morphological and behavioral changes and the number of surviving worms in each test container were recorded. Afterwards the worms were put back onto the soil surface in the containers. On day 14 additionally the single weight of the survived worms was determined and compared with the weights of the worms from start of exposure. After 14 d of exposure no abnormal behaviour or toxic symptoms of the surviving worms were observed in the test substance groups or control group during the exposure. Therfore, the LC10 and the LC50 were determined to be > 1000 mg/kg dw. No effects could be observed up to the highest test concentration.
