The occlusive or semi-occlusive epidermal application of NA 872 aminoacetate on the healthy skin of rabbits for 4 hours did not cause any signs of
primary skin irritation (erythema or oedema) in the 6 animals examined during an observation period from 1 hour to 7 days after the end of
the application.
