Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
non flammable
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
NA-872 AMINOACETAT could not be ignited, although it melted and turned yellow / brown in contact with the ignition source.
In conclusion, NA-872 AMINOACETAT is not "highly flammable" according to the criteria of the directive.
Executive summary:

The determination of the flammability of NA-S72 AMINOACETAT was performed in accordance with EEC-Directive 92/69 EEC, A.1 O"Flammability (solids)" (1992). NA-S72 AMINOACETAT was formed in a wedge-shaped pile with a length of 25 cm, a width of 2 cm and 1 cm in height. An attempt was made to ignite the test substance with the flame of a gas-burner. The test substance could not be ignited, although it melted and turned yellow / brown in contact with the ignition source. In conclusion, NA-S72 AMINOACETAT is not "highly flammabie" according to the criteria of the directive.
