Additional information

Diiodohydroxyquinoline finds use mainly as a drug to cure amebiosis and an anti-infective agent. Thus, direct or indirect exposure to the soil compartment is highly unlikely. Thus, on the basis of exposure consideration, it is expected that Diiodohydroxyquinoline shall not find exposure to soil compartment and therefore shall not exhibit toxicity to soil macro-organisms, arthropod, terrestrial plants and soil micro-organisms.
