The substance has a very low logPow of -3.11 and the potential for bioaccumulation is therefore low. Bioaccumulation (BAF) value of SDIBP was found as 5.66 L/kg wet/wt in QSAR Arnot-Gobas prediction method by EPISUITE 4.0. The publically available 2006 OECD SIDS document contains information from 2 bioaccumulation tests in fish with members of the hydrotrope category. In both tests, the measured BCF value was reported as less than 2.3 L/kg. Further bioaccumulation tests are not needed for either aquatic or terrestrial compartments.
