Due to the logPow accumulation in organisms is not to be expected.

According to Column 2 of Annex IX this study does not need to be conducted as the substance has a low potential for bioaccumulation (Log Pow <3). Due to the measured logPow which lies within a range 1.63-2.95, significant accumulation in organisms is not expected. Furthermore, the substance is supposed to hydrolyse forming adipic acid (CAS 124-04-9) and 2,2' oxybisethanol (111-46-6) which both are not bioaccumulative. Thus, and for reasons of animal welfare, no study on bioaccumulation in fish is performed.
