Additional information
8 Rainbow trouts per test concentration have been tested in a pre-guideline test comparable to OECD 203 for acute fish toxicity. test reports done with test item FAT 40065/A are available. The nominal concentrations of FAT 40046/A tested were 2, 20, 100, 200 and 1000 mg/L. Additionally, a blank control without test item was carried out. The duration of the test was 48 hours. Based on the mortality occurred the following LC-values have been defined. Additional toxicity data beyond mortality have not been reported.
LC0 after 48 h was 200 mg/L, the LC50 was 450 mg/L (graphically determined) and LC100 after 48 h was 1000 mg/L.
