Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A study was conducted to determine the acute toxicity of the test substance to the freshwater fish, Danio rerio (zebra fish) under semi-static conditions according to the OECD Guideline 203 in compliance with GLP. In this study, the fish was exposed to the test substance at the nominal threshold concentration (TC) of 0.11 mg/L. The TC was based on the results of an algae study with this substance. Chemical analysis of the test concentrations was carried out in old and new solutions. Recoveries did not remain above 80% of the nominal concentrations. A geometric mean measured concentration was therefore calculated and used for endpoint determination. All critical validity criteria were met. No lethal or sub lethal or behavioral effects of any kind were observed in the test concentration. No mortality occurred in control also. Under the test conditions, the 96 h LC50 of the test substance was greater than the threshold concentration of 25.8 µg/L (geometric mean measured concentration).
