Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Skin sensitisation

Endpoint conclusion
Endpoint conclusion:
no study available
Additional information:
Migrated from Short description of key information:
The corrosivity is superseeding sensitation effects. Highest corrosion classification is chosen.
The hydrolization product of WF6, Hf is considered as a strong acid (pH > 2,0). Hence according to Annex VII, 8.3 column 2 in vivo testing does not need to be conducted.
Testing is not feasible, since the substance is hydrolizing at physicological/ambient conditions.
