In accordance with the column 2 adaptation of REACH Annex VII, the vapour pressure study (required in section 7.5) does not need to be conducted as the melting point of the substance is greater than 300 °C.

Description of key information

In accordance with the column 2 adaptation of REACH Annex VII, the vapour pressure study (required in section 7.5) does not need to be conducted as the melting point of the substance is greater than 300 °C.

The key value for chemical safety assessment has been set as the minimum vapour pressure value accepted by EUSES. It was necessary to add a value to enable exposure assessment by CHESAR and this was considered to be a best estimate.
