Additional information

The substance Fatty acids, soya, 2-ethylhexyl esters (CAS 93572-14-6) is not expected to distribute into the atmosphere or accumulate in natural waters. This assumption is based on the low vapour pressure and ready biodegradability of the substance. Abiotic hydrolysis is not relevant, since the substance is readily biodegradable and is expected to be eliminated through biodegradation in natural waters. Additionally, estimated rates of hydrolysis are very low.
Thus, overall abiotic degradation by indirect photodegradation or hydrolysis is not relevant for the substance.
