PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Stock solution: 2.50 g test item were dissolved in and made up to 25 ml with tetrahydrofuran (THF).
- Method: Calculated amounts of test substance to produce the desired test concentrations were given into the water and were homogeneously distributed.
