Justification for classification or non-classification

According to the CLP Regulation (EC 1272/2008), skin sensitizer is a substance that will lead to an allergic response following skin contact. In case of a local lymph node assay, a stimulation index of 3 or more is considered as a positive response.

Under the experimental conditions employed, stimulation index was below 3 in all treated groups, thus no classification was applied.
