Description of key information

The adsorption coefficient (KOC) for chlorocresol was estimated to be 491.8 L/kg (Log Koc = 2.6917) at 25 deg C. This value at 20 deg C is equivalent to Koc = 393.44 (Log koc = 2.5948). This indicates that chlorocresol will moderately adsorb to the organic carbon fraction of the soil and will have a slow migration potential to groundwater
