Additional information

The toxicity test was performed in control, solvent control and 100.0 mg/l (nominal concentration) of AM03 as limit test. As analysis results of AM03 in test solution, the mean concentrations of test substance was 6.1 mg/l.

No abnormal behavior was observed in any of the test daphnia exposed to control, solvent control and treatment group during the test.

The mean of pH was 8.08 (min 7.94 max 8.17)

The mean of DO was 8.18 mg/l and per cent of air saturation value was 92.5%.

The mean of temperature was 20.7 °C.
