Acute tests on all three trophic levels were performed to examine the aquatic toxicity of the submission item. Daphnia turned out to be the most sensitive species revealing an EC50 (48h) of 88.4 mg/L. Thus, the submission item is considered to be acutely toxic to aquatic organisms.

Effects of the submission item towards algae were found in the same range providing an ErC50 (72h) of 90.8 mg/L. There were no effects of the submission substance observed to fish (LC50 > 10000 mg/L).
No data on long-term toxicity are available.
