Additional information

No mortality or toxicity effects were observed in the key study for acute inhalation toxicity at a tested concentration of 5.5 mg/L.

The LC50 was determined to be > 5.5 mg/L for the inhalation route.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the result of the key study Phosphorous slag does not need to be classified for acute inhalation toxicity when considering the criteria outlined in Annex I of 1272/20008/EC and Annex VI of 67/548/EEC.
