GHS

General Information

Name:
3,3'-dimethylbiphenyl-4,4'-diyl diisocyanate
Implementation:
EU
Type of classification:
self-classification
Remarks:

A final RAC opinion on the harmonized classification and labelling adopted on 18 March 2021 is available for TODI. RAC concluded that TODI warrants harmonized classification for Carc. 2 (H351), Resp. Sens. 1 (H334) and Skin Sens. 1A (H317). The table of harmonized entries in Annex VI to CLP will be updated in an "Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP)" which is issued yearly by the European Commission. As soon as TODI will be included in the ATP, the harmonized classification and labelling will be presented in Section 2 of this dossier.
