Stability To Heat, Light, and Metals
Justification For Waiving (ECHA TGD refs 7.1.10, 7.1.11, and 7.1.13)

According to “ANNEX IX- STANDARD INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBSTANCES MANUFACTURED OR IMPORTED IN QUANTITIES OF 100 TONNES OR MORE, study for Stability is only required if stability of the substance is considered to be critical.
Expert Judgement
The substance is stable for long periods if kept dry and at ambient temperatures and stored under reasonable conditions.
The substance is fromNon-Redox-Active Inorganic Compounds and do not contain an organic materials and the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials, on the basis of the chemical structure or by heating to cause a fire or explosion.
Talc (Mg3H2(SiO3)4) is stable on storage and does not react with its container under normal conditions of use and storage.
Therefore testing for Stability: thermal, sunlight, metals does not need to be performed.
