yes
Executive summary:

In a 72- hour acute toxicity study, the cultures of Desmodesmus subspicatus were exposed to Arctium lappa extract at nominal concentrations of 18.4, 35.0, 66.5, 126.4, 240.1, and 456.1 mg/L} under static conditions in accordance with OECD Guideline 201. The EC50 value based on growth rate was 472.5 mg/L.

This toxicity study is classified as acceptable and satisfies the guideline requirements for a growth inhibition study.
