Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The substance does not hydrolyse at 20°C and is not readily nor inherently biodegradable. The water solubility of the substance is low (50 mg/L at 20 °C) and the vapour pressure is relatively low (34.0 mPa at 20 °C)..

The Koc of the substance was determined to be 3890 L/kg by the HPLC method, which indicates that the substance is likely to bind to soil or sediment particles, to some extent, resulting in relatively low mobility of the substance. Based on the experimental log Kow of the substance of 3.9, the substance is unlikely to bioaccumulate significantly. An in vivo bioaccumulation study with fish carried out in a flow-through regime confirmed that the substance does not bioaccumulate significantly (all growth-corrected kinetic BCF < 200 L/kg) and is rapidly removed from the body with approx. 79% reduction in body burden after 1 day depuration.
