With high probability the test substance is acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates.

Additional information

To determine the toxicity of iso-butanol aquatic invertebrates numerous studies were performed. The EC50 values mainly exceed 1000 mg/L. In a static test following the method laid down in ASTM E1193 -97 the EC50 (48h) for Daphnia pulex was 1100 mg/L [Elnabarawy & al., 1986].
