Description of key information

In the key study (CITI, 1992) carried out according to OECD 305C, a bioconcentration factor of <5L/kg was determined for fish. Therefore 2,4-TDA exhibits a low potential of bioaccumulation.

Additional information

Available information on bioaccumulation

Two experimental results are reported for this endpoint. One experimental result quoted by a reliability (3), the other one quoted by a reliability (2).

Bioaccumulation potential

A bioconcentration study was performed in fish (Cyprinus carpio). Under the conditions of the tests, a bioconcentration factor value of <5 L/kg was determined in fish. Therefore TDA exhibits a low potential for bioaccumulation.
