First-aid measures
Inhalation: Move exposed person to fresh air. Get medical attention immediately
Ingestion: Wash out mouth with water. Move exposed person to fresh air. Do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Get medical attention immediately.
Eye contact: Get medical attention immediately. Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids
Skin contact: Flush contaminated skin with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash contaminated clothing thoroughly with
water before removing it, or wear gloves. Continue to rinse for at least 10 minutes. Get medical attention immediately.
Special treatments: not available
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media: -> Suitable: In case of fire, use water spray (fog), foam, dry chemical or CO2.
Extinguishing media: -> Not suitable: None known.
Special protective equipment: Fire-fighters should wear appropriate protective equipment and selfcontained breathing apparatus (SCBA) with a full face-piece operated in positive pressure mode.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions:
Keep unnecessary and unprotected personnel from entering. Do not touch or walk through spilt material. Shut off all ignition sources.
Avoid breathing vapour or mist. Provide adequate ventilation. Avoid dispersal of spilt material and runoff and contact with soil,
waterways, drains and sewers.
Environmental precautions:
Avoid dispersal of split material and runoff and contact with soil, waterways drains and sewers.
Small spill: Dilute with water and mop up if water-soluble or absorb with an inert dry material and place in an appropriate waste disposal container.
Large spill: Prevent entry into sewers, water courses, basements or confined areas. Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible, absorbent
material e.g. sand, earth, vermiculite or diatomaceous earth and place in container for disposal according to local regulations.
Handling and storage
Handling: Do not get in eyes or on skin or clothing. Do not ingest. Keep away from combustible material. After handling, always wash
hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Storage: Store in accordance with local regulations. Store in original container protected from direct sunlight in a dry, cool and wellventilated
area, away from incompatible materials and food and drink. Separate from alkalis. Separate from reducing agents and combustible materials. Keep container tightly closed and sealed until ready for use.
Packaging materials:
Recommended: Use original container
Specific uses: Not available

Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure controls:
Occupational exposure Controls:
If workers are exposed to concentrations above the exposure limit, they must use appropriate, certified respirators
Respiratory protection (EN 143, 14387):
A respirator is not needed under normal and intended conditions of product use.
Hand protection (EN 374):
1 - 4 hours: butyl rubber, nitrile rubber
Eye protection (EN 166):
Goggles, face shield, or other full face protection
Skin protection (EN 14605):
Safety apron. Suitable protective footwear
Stability and reactivity
Stability: Do not mix with other products. Stable under frozen conditions
Materials to avoid: Reactive on incompatible with the following materials: organic materials.
Disposal considerations
Methods of Disposal:
The generation of waste should be avoided or minimised wherever possible.
Disposal of this product, solutions and any by-products should at all times comply with the requirements of environmental protection and
waste disposal legislation and any regional local authority requirements. Avoid dispersal of spilt material and runoff and contact with soil, waterways, drains and sewers. Can be added to general waste collection after completely emptying. Use packages for recycling only when totally empty.
