- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: Stock solutions were prepared by diluting the dispersions with pH adjusted deionized water (pH 2.5, concentrated HCl). Stock solutions were delivered via syringe pumps to the dilutor. Test solutions were delivered to the system for 10 days prior to test initiation. Low-activity radiolabelled stock solutions were replaced by high-activity radiolabelled stock solutions periodically for the 0.686, 2.68 and 9.76 mg/L exposure concentrations for analysis of MDEA-Esterquat and hydrolysis components by RAD-TLC and LSC.
