Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The study was performed according to EU method A.15 under GLP on the substance to be registered itself, the test procedure is well documented and therefore reliability of Klimisch 1 has been assigned. The test item Amine neutralized phosphoric acid butyl esters has an auto-ignition temperature of 305 °C according to the definition in the annex of Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008, method A. 15.
Executive summary:

The auto-ignition temperature is determined according to the test method A.15. "AUTO -IGNITION TEMPERATURE (LIQUIDS AND GASES)" as described in the Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 laying down test methods pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

The test item Amine neutralized phosphoric acid butyl esters has an auto-ignition temperature of 305 °C according to the definition in the annex of EEC-directive No 440/2008, method A. 15
