Conclusion on classification

Classification and labelling according to aquatic toxicity and fate data

Justification for classification or non classification

Three acute tests have been performed with fish, daphnia and algae. The effect with the lowest concentration have been observed in a daphnid study (LC50 (48 h): 0.02 mg/L) leading to the classification H400. The lowest value of two chronic tests was found in daphnids with an NOEC of 0.028 mg/L indicating hazard phrase H410 for non rapidly degrading substances.
