Based on data above, Sumilizer GP is considered not rapidly biodegradable. No acute and chronic effects were recorded in the available aquatic studies. The studies were designed to test saturated solutions since the substance is poorly soluble in water.
Therefore the substance is not classified according to the consolidated version of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and further amendments (ATPs).
