Additional information

Acute toxicity to aquatic invertebrates was determined in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice according to the guideline 84/449/EWG, C.2. However, full study report is not available as the data is > 12 year old and information of the study summary is from migrated NONS file, as per inquiry number 06-0000021637-66-0000, permission to refer granted by ECHA. Therefore, the study was reliable with restrictions but was considered reliable enough to be used for the C&L purposes of the substance. The results of this study are used as a key value for hazard assessment and classification and labeling of the substance.

Based on the key study results, the 48 h EC50 (immobilisation) to invertebrates was 750 mg/l and the 48 h NOEC value100 mg/l, respectively. Results of this study would lead to the classification of the substance as non toxic to aquatic organisms in accordance with the criteria set out in Directive 67/548/EC and Regulation (EC) 1272/2008.
