other: DSC
Method:
other: OECD 113
Parameter:
limiting impact energy (J)
Remarks:
During the DSC run one event was observed. The event shows a sharp endotherm peak which went into a sharp exothermic peak. The energy was with -251.40 J/g below the threshold of -500 J/g.
Value:
-251.4
Result:
negative, no explosion

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
other: The energy was with -251.40 J/g below the threshold of -500 J/g. Therefore no further tests for explosive properties have to be performed.
Conclusions:
The test substance is no subject to the classification procedures for self-reactive substances and the acceptance procedures for Class 1 explosives need not to be applied.
