Method:
The water solubility of the test item was estimated using the column elution method. The saturation mass concentration of the test itemwas determined using a LC-MS/MS-method.
Result of the Preliminary Test (non-GLP):
The water solubility of the test item was estimated to be below 10 mg/L.
Result of the Main Test:
The saturation concentration of the test item was estimated using LC-MS/MS method.
The linearity of the analytical method was proved in the concentration range from 0.5 to 50 µg test item/L. The regression coefficient (r²) was determined to be 0.9996.
The results of the measurements of the test samples are summarized in Table 1.
Corresponding to the analysis the water solubility of the test item at 20 ± 1 °C was determined to be 29 µg/L.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- Interpretation of results (migrated information): insoluble (< 0.1 mg/L)
The water solubility of the test item N-[3-tris(trimethylsilyloxy) silylpropyl]prop-2-enamide was determined to be 29 µg/L at 20 +/-1 °C using the column elution method for the performance of the main test. - Executive summary:
Purpose:
The purpose of the study was to determine the solubility of the test item in water which is specified by the saturation mass concentration of the test item in water at a specified temperature.
Results:
The water solubility of the test item was estimated to be smaller than 10 mg/L in a preliminary test (non-GLP). Therefore, the column elution method was used in the main test.
The water solubility of the test item N-[3-tris(trimethylsilyloxy) silylpropyl]prop-2-enamide was determined to be 29 µg/L at20 ± 1 °Cusing the column elution method for the performance of the main test.
