Additional information:

A study was identified as a key study (Pelcot, 2010). This study was performed according to OECD guideline 429 and in compliance with GLP. The LLNA gave negative results, as the SI was lower than 3 in the animals treated, even tested at 100% (undiluted).

Migrated from Short description of key information:
Myrcene did not induce delayed skin contact hypersensitivity in the murine Local Lymph Node Assay.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Myrcene did not induce delayed skin contact hypersensitivity in the murine Local Lymph Node Assay therefore it does not need to be classified according to the Annex VI to the Directive 67/548/CEE and the CLP Regulation (1272/2008).
