First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Frischluftzufuhr
"ENGLISH"
Remove to fresh air.
Emergency measure - Eyes: 15 Minuten mit viel Wasser ausspülen; Arzt aufsuchen.
"ENGLISH"
Flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes and get medical
attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Mit viel Wasser und Seife waschen; evtl. Arzt aufsuchen.
Kontaminierte Kleidung sofort wechseln.
"ENGLISH"
Wash affected area with soap and plenty of water and get
medical attention if necessary. Change contaminated clothes
immediately.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Sehr viel Wasser trinken; Arzt aufsuchen
"ENGLISH"
Drink plenty of water and get medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Schaum, Kohlendioxid, Trockenchemikalien
"ENGLISH"
foam, dry powder, CO2
Product arising from burning: Stickstoff- und Kohlenstoffoxide, giftige Gase
"ENGLISH"
Substance itself does not represent a fire hazard. If
involved in a fire, mainly nitric oxides and carbon oxides
may be produced; therefore, as a general rule, self
contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing should
be used in case of fire.
Protective equipment: Atemschutzgerät, geeignete Schutzkleidung inkl. Schutzbrille
und Schutzhandschuhe
"ENGLISH"
Self contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing
including safety goggles and gloves should be used.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Mit inertem Material absorbieren. In geeignetem Behälter
der Entsorgung durch Verbrennung in einer entsprechenden
Anlage oder Lagerung in einer geeigneten Deponie zuführen.
"ENGLISH"
Absorb with inert material and discharge by incineration in
suitable plant or by dumping in licensed landfill site.
Handling and storage
Handling: Die üblichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen im Umgang mit Chemikalien
beachten. Haut- und Augenkontakt vermeiden.
Geeignete Schutzbrille, Schutzkleidung und Schutzhand-
schuhe tragen. Im Falle von Nebelbildung sollte geeignetes
Atemschutzgerät getragen werden.
Vorschläge für Empfehlungen betreffend die Verwendungs-
sicherheit des Stoffes gemäß Artikel 6 der 6. Änderung
der Richtlinie 67/548/EWG:
Die unter 2.3, 2.4 und 2.5 genannten Vorsichtsmaßnahmen sind
zu beachten.
"ENGLISH"
The usual precautions for the handling with chemicals should
be observed.
Wear appropriate safety goggles, gloves and clothes to avoid
contact with skin and eyes.
In case of mists, wear appropriate breathing apparatus.
Storage: Bei Raumtemperatur in geschlossenen Behältern lagern. Von
Zündquellen fernhalten.
"ENGLISH"
The containers should be stored thightly closed at room
temperature. Keep away from sources of ignition.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Voraussichtlich Stahl- oder PE-kessel (3 kg)

Stability and reactivity
Danger other than fire: Gewisse Strahlen, Redox-Reaktionen oder Peroxide können
zu unkontrollierter Polymerisation führen.
"ENGLISH"
Certain radiations, redox reactions or peroxides may lead to
an uncontrolled polymerization.
Chemical reaction with water: Einfluß der Hydrolyse auf Oberflöchensp. und Wasserlöslich-
keit vernachlössigbar. t1/2 bei 25 °C u. pH 7= 1,18 x10E4 h.
"ENGLISH"
No special hazards.
Disposal considerations
Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Keine Möglichkeiten
"ENGLISH"
No possibilities known.
Code: 634 Neutralisation by special techniques
"ENGLISH"
Residues of resins should be absorbed preferably with an
inert material, or even better, be diluted with 30 - 35 % of
a mixture of resin and sand and then become polymerized. A
polymerization without dilution should only be done in thin
layers (0.5 - 1.5 cm) as there is the risk of caloric
accumulation in the gelatinized mass. After the expiration
date of the resin the addition of new acrylic monomers is
advisable in order to guarantee the completeness of the
reaction.
Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Grundsötzlich möglich
Code: nicht empfohlen
"ENGLISH"
Discharge in a controlled deposit is possible.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Die Entsorgung sollte vorzugsweise in einer authorisierten
Verbrennungsanlage (Elemente: C, O, H) vorgenommen werden.
Die Substanz sollte vorher mit einem Harz-Sandgemisch ver-
dünnt und polymerisiert werden.
Code: 661
Incinerator with flue gas scrubbing
"ENGLISH"
Discharge by incineration in suitable plant (elements: C, O
and H) is recommended. The substance should be diluted and
polymerized previously.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Sollte nicht ins Abwasser gelangen.
Code: nicht empfohlen
"ENGLISH"
Should not be discharged into drains or the aquatic
environment.
Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: "ENGLISH"
not applicable
