    This list contains the groups of materials and articles listed in Annex I of the Food Contact Framework Regulation 1935/2004/EC. Article 5(1) of the regulation stipulates that the EU Commission may adopt or amend specific measures for these Annex I-listed material and article groups. The specific CAS linked as members on this list are representative examples, but not exhaustive. The regulation refers to finished materials that could represent many different forms of the substance along with other filler substances in the finished material.
