In general, oxidising properties are not expected for an organic molecule that does not contain oxygen, chlorine or fluorine or if the molecule does contain oxygen, chlorine or fluorine, but these elements are only chemically bonded to carbon or hydrogen.
As can be seen from the chemical structure of the test item, this is not the case for the test item. None of these oxygen atoms impose any oxidising properties on molecule. Consequently, the test item is not oxidizing. No experimental determination was carried out.
