The oxidising properties of solid test substance was investigated using EU Method A.17 Oxidising Properties (solids).

 

Examination of the test substance maximum burning rate within a cellulose mixture compared to a reference barium nitrate-cellulose mixture was conducted, indicating that the test mixture had a lower maximum burning rate. The test substance is not considered an oxidizing substance.

Justification for classification or non-classification

The substance does not meet classification criteria under EU Directive 67/548/EEC as oxidising.

The substance does not meet classification criteria under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as oxidising.
