Description of key information

Two well conducted EEC A3 determinations of the relative density of DPGMEE, one at 20 Celsius, using oscillating densitometry, gave a value of 0.9317 which is very well supported by the second study using pycnometry at 19 Celsius, which gave a value of 0.939 relative to water at 4 Celsius.

Additional information

The test temperature in the supporting study was one degree below the required 20 Celsius and referred to water at 4 Celsius. The Key study value of 0.9317 at 20 Celsius is taken as the key value.
